This position will support and assist THE rAVe Agency creative team, marketing and sales, and graphics team with various creative assets and offer input during creative meetings to help build internal and client campaigns. The ideal candidate is flexible, nimble, can think quickly, has a passion for visual design and produces the highest quality possible. We are looking for someone creative and driven. This role is perfect for someone looking to explore agency and in-house work as THE rAVe Agency offers both experiences.

Work Environment
This is a paid internship, where work will be done in person, at our office in Chapel Hill, NC. It is expected that you work at least 10-15 hours a week on the agreed schedule. Employees must check in with supervisors at the beginning and end of each work period. Employees must be responsive and active on Slack, Wrike and other digital communication platforms while working. Because we are a flexible company, we understand things come up and plans change. If this happens, please inform your manager(s) ASAP.
